this, I’m winging my way to Osaka, Japan to represent Austins Wines at
a trade show at the Hotel Monterey on 23 February. There’s opportunity
aplenty. Osaka is the economic gateway to the western region of Japan,
which boasts a population of 30 million plus, a dynamic and innovative
food culture and a growing Australian influence. Watch this space!
