All sales of alcohol are made under Victorian Liquor Licence number 36082513.

Alcohol can not be sold to persons under the age of 18 years. Please refer to the law in relation to conditions of sale of alcohol.

YOUR INFORMATION

Austins Wines requires information only in relating to contact and delivery information for fulfilment of your Order.

To enable Austins Wines to provide the delivery service, the purchasers private information such as name and address will need to be provided to our delivery service.

DELIVERY AND RISK

The purchaser must provide Austins Wines with a Delivery Address which is accessible for our delivery service. Austins Wines can deliver to almost anywhere in Australia.

We will only leave the Goods at the Delivery Address with persons if they are over the age of 18 years and such person shall be deemed to be authorised to receive the Goods. If no-one is present at the Delivery Address to accept the Goods then goods can not be left. Please contact info@austinswines.com.au or phone 03 52811799 to arrange alternative delivery. 

Austins Wines will arrange for delivery of the Goods to you at the Delivery Address for which the Delivery Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the Goods. The Delivery Fee will be calculated and added to your order. By submitting your order, you agree to the cost specified as the Delivery Fee.

Orders will usually be despatched within two (2) business days of receipt of the Order by Australia Post or private courier delivery. Some delivery restrictions apply.
Austins Wines will make all reasonable efforts to have Goods delivered to you within the time specified (approx 3-5 working days) but shall be under no liability whatsoever should delivery not be made within this time.

The risk in any Goods purchased shall unless otherwise agreed in writing be passed to the purchaser upon delivery.

Austins Wines does not necessarily have to accept any Order once submitted. Austins Wines reserves the right to reject any Order or part of an Order. Orders will not be accepted until full payment has been received. Cancellations can only be made by contacting Austins Wines direct on www.austinswines.com.au or telephone 03 52811799.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The purchaser will be charged for the Goods as per the Product List price which is displayed on our wines list. The price you will be charged for the Goods on our Product List is the price which is displayed when your order is placed. GST is included in the price shown on this list. All prices quoted and transactions that take place are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to Austins Wines. The purchaser should contact Austins Wines immediately if not satisfied with the quality of the Goods or for any exchanges and refunds. Please phone Customer Service on 03 52811799 or log onto "Contact Us" www.austinswines.com.au

With Proof of Purchase

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Austins Wines may offer you an exchange or refund, provided this is claimed within two months of purchase. Refunds will be given using your original payment method, or such other method as determined by Austins Wines at its discretion.

Without Proof of Purchase

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Austins Wines may at its discretion provide you with a repair or exchange to the current value of the goods.
